Compassion-first services
Our mission is to provide compassion focused services to our clients through best practice in psychology.
TRUA is an Irish word with several meanings. It can be translated as compassion, sympathy, or even pity! This word is a powerful metaphor and example for how our perspective can influence our experience of hardship and suffering. Do we react with pity for ourselves and others, keeping us feeling stuck and powerless - or do we focus on responding with compassion, which allows for deeper empathy, care, understanding, and empowerment? At Trua, we choose to focus on responding with compassion first in all our services, no matter who you are, or what you are going through.
Meet the Team
OK - so right now, we are a “team of 1” - but it might not stay that way for long! If you are an Irish mental health practitioner and our message and mission resonates with you, we would love to hear from you. Please reach out to admin@truapsych.com with any interest.
